reflected what we do, we chose the name Thesis as it better represents how we do it: a

The Job
We’re looking for an eager and motivated junior project manager to provide operational and
administrative support to the Thesis Project Management team. We look for proven self-starters
who can collaborate well with other project managers and support the work we do for our agency
partners.


You will ensure that the creative team and their projects stay on target while assisting in and
learning to manage the production process various deliverables within digital platforms.
You will support more senior project managers intake requests from our clients, turning those
requests into actionable project plans. You will help to build out work back schedules, project
task lists, risk assessments, cost and resource estimates and everything in-between.


You will brief in a cross-functional team of strategists, designers, writers, developers and
performance analysts, working closely with Studio Managers to ensure resources are
appropriately allocated. You will track projects through the various stages of production and client
approval, reporting back to the client status updates at regular touchpoints.


You should care intensely about your work without conflating work ego with personal ego. While
you’ll be working closely with clients, our agency’s integrated teams collaborate equally and
share accountability, in failure and success alike.

As a worker you will:
● Learn the ins-and-outs of Project Management and production across a range of digital
projects
● Support the planning, scoping, scheduling and resourcing across multiple projects
simultaneously
● Support and eventually lead with the intake of project requests, converting them into
actionable project plans in our project management tools with timelines, tasks and due
dates
● Ensure projects stay on track and within the agreed scope
● Ensure clear communication between internal project teams, ensuring those teams
access to necessary files and materials

● Provide relevant stakeholders with regular comprehensive project updates in a
non-biased manner
● Track project costs and ensure projects stay within the agreed timeline and budget
● Document project progress, take notes in relevant meetings and provide summaries for
project and account teams
● Collaborate with low ego, suggesting efficiencies and process improvement where you
see room
● Ask lots of questions


As for experience, you need:
● 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency environment (or similar) with the ability to
demonstrate project management experience. Preferably within the digital marketing
industry
● Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Marketing or Communications
● Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail


But even better, you have:
● B2B experience
● Experience working with project management software
● Excellent communication skills that provide clear direction and enable collaboration
between teams
● Experience building relationships, confidently interacting with clients
● Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse, perpetually changing
environment, while maintaining a calm and positive spirit
